Oval Magnetic Spin Bars
Oval Spin Bars, ideal for use with all brands of Magnetic Stirrers and Stirrer/Hotplates. Our Spin Bars contain powerful, heat resistant Alnico V magnets encapsulated in PTFE using a two step process to eliminate cracks and porosity. These Oval Magnetic Spin Bars work great in round bottom containers where their unique shape maintains stability even at higher speeds. If using flat bottom containers such as beakers, we recommend our Standard Stir Bars. Each stir bar is polished to reduce the potential for contamination.
