Oval Magnetic Spin/Stir Bars

Oval Spin Bars for use with all brands of Magnetic Stirrers and Stirrer/Hotplates. Our Spin Bars contain powerful, heat resistant Alnico V magnets encapsulated in PTFE using a two step process to eliminate cracks and porosity. The Standard stir bars are ideal for general use and work best in flat bottom containers. The Oval stir bars work great in round bottom containers. The unique shape maintains stability even at higher speeds. Each stir bar is polished to reduce the potential for contamination.
