>A staple in the laboratory since 1855 when it was first developed by Robert Bunsen, this burner is a must have. This Bunsen burner is made for Propane (LP/Bottled gas). It sports a flame stabilizer, heavy, die-cast metal base, 12.5 mm stainless steel tube with serrated, rotatable air regulator for precision flame control. Output is about 5,000 btu/hr. Requires connection to a propane source with a standard low pressure regulator. Must be used with a regulator - not for direct connection to a propane tank. Fitted to work with 1/4" tubing.
