Crystal Radio Antenna Kit
Once you've got your Crystal Radio complete, you'll need to connect it to an antenna. Quite frankly, if you've got a bunch of wire and some insulators, then you don't need to buy an Antenna Kit - you can just use what you have on hand to make one. However, if you don't have any long lengths of bare wire and decent insulators, we've got a complete Antenna Kit available to get you up and running in no time. Kit includes two self-tapping, fully insulated wire mounts, 100 feet of bare aluminum antenna wire (aluminum wire won't rust and is 4 times more conductive than standard steel antenna wire), along with a suitable length of insulated wire to connect the radio to both the antenna and to ground. Just string the antenna wire between two trees or posts and you're good to go.
