Burettes dispense known amounts of liquids in experiments where precision is necessary.
Our Burettes are fabricated from borosilicate (Pyrex type) glass with a volumetric graduation on its full length.
Burettes measure from the top (zero is at the top) since they are used to measure liquids dispensed out the bottom. The difference between starting and final volume is the amount dispensed.
They are extremely accurate and marked with with blue engraved graduations.
The stopcock valve is fabricated from glass, resistant to most reagents and acids.
Choose from 50 ml or 100 ml. The opening on the 50 ml fits a #00 rubber stopper. While the opening on the 100 ml fits a #1 stopper.
Overall length is about 31.5" and 1/2" diameter for the 50 ml and 3/4" diameter for the 100 ml.
